Firebird is the search-management platform and structured program that gives graduates the daily structure, the network to build, and the momentum to land the right first role faster. It pairs a guided, end-to-end program with a working CRM, and an AI assistant alongside to help produce and sharpen every document. One platform, two editions — this one is built for graduates entering the market; the other, for executives.

Why Firebird?

Graduates are entering the most competitive market on record — around 140 applications per job posting — with no system for the search, and no one who ever taught them one. The instinct is to send more, which is exactly what everyone else is doing and exactly what stops working. The career center helps in 45-minute appointments every few weeks, but the real search happens in the days in between — alone with a spreadsheet and a job board. By giving graduates daily structure, the tools to build a network from scratch, and the preparation to make each application worth sending, Firebird replaces that chaos with a plan — and helps them land the right first role faster, and start it stronger.

Our Story

Firebird began with a few senior executives running their own searches. They found that success came from following a strict preparation program without cutting corners, and from the networking, outreach, and follow-up that surface the roles that are never posted. They built the tools and wrote the program they wished they'd had.

Then they looked at who has the least structure and the most at stake at the very start of a career — new graduates, facing the hardest entry market in a generation with no playbook and no network yet. The same system, right-sized for a first search, would change how that search goes.

Firebird for Graduates is that: the same guided program and search-management platform, tailored for graduates — so a formless, discouraging process becomes a daily plan, with the next step always clear.

Firebird is built by people who have run the search and built the system. Our founders bring decades of experience across executive leadership, marketing, and building companies from the ground up.

Co-founder & CMO. EDHEC Business School. Set out to build a business of her own, and joined Karim to create Firebird.
